Since then, along with her husband, they have purchased The Kountry Market , a small country store and deli in Glen Allan. She has moved her Bakery into the store and has really opened her business to include Wedding Cakes, baked goods, special occasion cakes, pies and many types of cookies and candies. She has really gotten to be very talented working with Rolled Fondant on one of a kind cakes. After watching all the famous bakers on T.V., she has been asked to do some very elaborate cakes with some detailed decorative work, and they are turning out very well. She is well known also for her home made cheese cakes that rival any New York Style cake you could ask for. They are featured in one of our local restaurants in Greenville.
